NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a UX Designer to join their team in Lima, Peru. The UX Designer will be responsible for defining the user experience across various projects, focusing on user needs while considering business and technology requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining user experience.
  • Designing user flows and interactions.
  • Conducting heuristic evaluations.
  • Applying information architecture principles.
  • Implementing UX and usability best practices.
  • Developing site maps, flows, and content.
  • Creating interactive prototypes.
  • Managing Design Systems & UI Kits.
  • Reviewing the quality of DEV, definitions, usability, and interactions.
  • Leveraging user research tools and processes.
  • Collaborating with the design team and sharing knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Motion Design, Design Systems, and Atomic Design.
  • Experience designing digital products using Figma (Intermediate/Expert level).
  • Strong understanding of digital and hybrid platforms.
  • Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Jira, and Miro.
