Neoris, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a Data Engineer to work in a hybrid model in Quito. The Data Engineer will participate in solution design, develop and deploy AI applications, and apply testing strategies. He will also resolve issues and document data products.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in the design phase of solution engineering.
• Developing and deploying AI applications.
• Applying testing strategies.
• Participating in pair programming.
• Resolving incidents and proposing long-term solutions.
• Documenting data products.
• Supporting AI Engineer Senior in onboarding and mentoring.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and maintenance of solutions for microservices based on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• 2 years of experience with Big Data technologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools: Hyperparameter Optimization, Machine Learning Modeling, Deep Learning Modeling, Model Registry, Cloud and Big Data Infrastructure.
• Experience with BDD, Big Data, Cloud, Data Engineer, ETL, Pipelines, PYSpark, SQL, Stratio.
• Developed soft skills such as goal orientation, critical analysis, teamwork, effective communication, responsibility, and planning.
• Knowledge of the Banking Financial Sector (Desirable).
