The Data Engineer will be responsible for analyzing needs based on received designs, participating in the engineering design phase with high efficiency standards, developing and deploying AI applications using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and fine-tuning foundational models. He will be also responsible for applying test strategies, implementing continuous improvement processes, participating in pair programming, resolving issues, managing enablers required for developments and documenting data products.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing needs based on received designs.
• Participating in the design of the solution.

• Supporting onboarding and mentoring of new AI Engineers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch).
• Proficiency in Python with Tensorflow and PySpark for AI application development.
• Experience with cloud pipeline tools like MS Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and DataFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).
• Experience with Apache Spark (SQL and Python) and PySpark.
• Experience with version control tools
