The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and optimizing artificial intelligence systems, specializing in A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing A/B tests.
• Developing and optimizing prompts.
• Analyzing and defining sizes of management and control bases for experiments.
• Implementing and monitoring key metrics.
• Developing strategies for managing and controlling AI models.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Managing large volumes of data using tools like SQL, Python, PySpark, Pandas, and R.
• Implementing and administering environments in Azure Databricks.
• Presenting reports and results.
• Analyzing the behavior of information and the results of model metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI model development and A/B testing.
• Experience in programming with Python, R, PySpark, and Pandas.
• Knowledge in databases and SQL queries.
• Experience in designing and executing scientific experiments.
• Knowledge in Azure Databricks.
• Strong knowledge in statistics and data analysis.
