NEORIS, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. They will lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, define project management strategies using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems and ensure compliance with business and contract objectives, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Defining project management strategies using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
  • Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Supervising the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with business and contract objectives.
  • Managing processes related to Incentives and Commissions in SAP.
  • Applying quality standards and best practices in project management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology project management.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Ability to manage communication with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience with SAP Incentive Management (SPM) is a plus.
  • SAP Activate certification is a plus.
