NEORIS, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking an Experienced Developer LT in Bogota, Colombia. The role involves supervising software factories, ensuring quality standards, and acting as a liaison between technical and business areas. The Experienced Developer will gather and analyze technical requirements, provide technical guidance, and identify process improvements.
- Supervise the work of software factories, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines and objectives defined by the company.
- Perform monitoring and control of technical activities, ensuring the correct implementation of solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the technical and business areas of the client, facilitating communication and ensuring mutual understanding of the requirements and objectives.
- Collect, analyze and clarify the technical and functional requirements of the business for the responsible teams.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, solving problems and making strategic decisions for projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes and tools used by software factories.
- Generate reports of technical progress and status of projects for senior management and interested areas.
- Minimum 3 years in roles related to technical management and leadership of software projects.
- Skills to interact and coordinate with technical and business teams.
- Programming languages: Java and NodeJs.
- Database Management: MongoDB and Oracle DB.
