Java Senior Developer at NEORIS

NEORIS, a Digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a Java Senior Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, testing, and maintaining Java applications, as well as implementing and managing solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications.
• Implement and manage solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Create and execute unit tests using JUnit to ensure application reliability.
• Utilize JAX for the design and implementation of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Collaborate with various teams to define and design new application features.
• Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments.
• Identify and resolve issues in both development and production phases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Proficient in writing unit tests with JUnit or similar testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with JAX for web service development.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud services.
• Ability to work within Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Essential: B2 English proficiency level (both written and spoken).
