Critical Mass is seeking a Marketing Science Senior Analyst to provide actionable insights and improve digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the client's business and industry, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to clients.Role involves:
  • Providing actionable insights by deeply understanding the client’s business and industry.
  • Designing, building, and automating analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
  • Leading the ideation, development, and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks.
  • Gathering data through various third-party platforms and ensuring compliance with data governance protocols.
  • Providing work direction to associate analysts and analysts.
  • Occasionally contributing analytics content for pitch materials and requests for proposals.
  • Providing thought leadership for creative optimization.
  • Collaborating with the strategy team on audience recommendations tied to dynamic creative optimization executions.
  • Conducting A/B tests and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements include:
  • Advanced English level (B2+)
  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience presenting to internal or external stakeholders
  • Expertise with at least two: dynamic creative optimization platforms, innovative/media optimization, automated data ingestion + reporting, testing and personalization, data visualization, and digital media platforms/ecosystem.
  • Experience with one or more visualization platforms (e.g.: Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, etc.).
  • An understanding of the media landscape, including the ability to determine which channels are most appropriate based on business objectives and experience using the data to make recommendations.
  • Reporting or analytics experience with at least 2 media platforms (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.).
  • An understanding of traditional advertising and how it is planned and executed.
  • Experience with Market Research techniques and how they can be leveraged to support Digital Marketing initiatives.
  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field.
  • M.S. degree preferred.
