Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team in Sydney. The Floor Lead will support the store leadership team, champion customer service, coach the team, and maintain business operations.

The Role Involves:
- Delivering memorable customer service.
- Achieving sales KPIs.
- Managing operational workflows.
- Supporting visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Adaptability
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
