Job Description
Critical Mass is seeking a Media Supervisor, Planning and Programmatic, to lead integrated digital media strategies. This role involves overseeing and executing campaigns across social and programmatic channels like Meta, TikTok, and The Trade Desk.He/She will:
- Coordinate and oversee campaign management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage the billing team and approve billing needs.
- Oversee media campaign setup and execution.
- Provide strategic insights and optimizations for client reports.
- Research and prepare information for media plans and presentations.
- Evaluate and maintain relationships in the media community.
- Advise the team on trends in interactive marketing.
- Lead development of POV documents on new trends.
- Evaluate client needs and escalate issues.
- Drive audience insights and channel strategy.
- Integrate with other disciplines on campaign direction.
- Oversee two media planners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital media, including trafficking and planning.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
- Expertise in Google Campaign Manager.
- Experience in social media planning and execution, especially with Meta.
- Understanding of programmatic media buying, focusing on video.
- Experience in video buying across traditional and digital platforms.
- Strong social media expertise across Meta and TikTok.
- Familiarity with DSPs like The Trade Desk.
- Experience with Google Ads products is a plus.
- Proficiency in trafficking standard and rich media ads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience delegating and mentoring junior team members.
