Job Description

Critical Mass is seeking a professional for future project delivery openings. The role involves working closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers, and quality assurance to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial management, and client satisfaction. The role supports the growth of the project delivery discipline and helps develop processes, documentation, standardization, and tools.

Role involves:

  • Immediate supervision of project delivery, including scope, resource, risk, financial, and time management.
  • Monitoring daily project activities.
  • Understanding and applying Agile values and principles.
  • Managing projects and resources, understanding project delivery phases.
  • Driving weekly releases, reviewing and prioritizing work, and planning resources.
  • Coordinating with Development and QA teams, communicating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with IT technical teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Ensuring projects stay in scope and on schedule, informing the Program Manager of identified risks.
  • Partnering with the AP team to drive customer experience cohesion and partner retention.
  • Supporting the Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team.
  • Identifying process improvement areas and presenting them to the Program Manager.
  • Ensuring teams develop and execute detailed project plans.
  • Evaluating and promoting teamwork, initiative, work ethic, and adherence to values.
  • Ensuring effective communication and promoting a sense of participation and involvement.
  • Meeting internal and external client expectations in content, time, cost, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate English Proficiency (B2+/C1).
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience as Project Manager in Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, SCRUM/Agile Software projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work on small and medium-scale digital projects.
  • Proven ability to follow processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Acumen in negotiation and interaction with Senior-level employees.
  • Mastery of office productivity tools.
