Job Description

Critical Mass is seeking a Project Manager to work closely with Directors, Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers, and quality assurance teams, ensuring flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial health, and client satisfaction. The Project Manager supports and enhances project delivery, contributing to the development of processes, documentation, standardization, and tools. This individual will be a key player in building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. He/She needs to be passionate about the industry, clients, and the work produced.

Role involves:

  • Immediate supervision of project delivery including scope, resource, risk, financial and time management.
  • Monitoring daily project activities.
  • Understanding and applying Agile principles.
  • Managing project phases with minimal supervision.
  • Driving weekly releases and resource planning.
  • Coordinating with Development and QA teams and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring projects stay in scope and on schedule.
  • Partnering with the AP team to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Supporting the Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team.
  • Identifying process improvement areas.
  • Ensuring teams develop and execute detailed project plans.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work on digital projects.
  • Ability to follow processes for high-quality deliverables.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to interact with Senior-level employees.
  • High degree of personal professionalism.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital project types.
  • 3+ experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, and leadership.
  • 3+ experience in resource management.
  • Mastery of office productivity tools.
