Sr Backend Engineer - Capture at Pindrop

Pindrop is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their team. This is a contract position through Alcor BPO. The company is focused on innovating at the intersection of technology and personal security. The Senior Backend Engineer will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of Pindrop's software products by designing, building, evolving, and scaling state-of-the-art solutions for the Pindrop platform.

Role involves:

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software applications
• Participating in code reviews
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Automating build, deployment, and configuration of cloud infrastructure
• Utilizing Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure as code
• Deploying and managing cloud services
• Implementing security best practices
• Participating in on-call rotation

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Development, DevOps or a related field
• Strong experience with Golang and Python
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github CI, etc
• Linux/Unix system internals expertise
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform (preferred), or other tools
