Job Description

Critical Mass is seeking a QA Specialist to report to a QA Lead and collaborate with various teams to maintain QA standards and client satisfaction. The QA Specialist will execute tasks with speed and quality, contributing to the agility of the QA team.

Role involves:

  • Being co-responsible for project quality based on requirements and design specifications.
  • Attending meetings to provide status updates, taking notes, and offering feedback.
  • Communicating test results, issues, and risks to project team members and management.
  • Identifying test data.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  • Creating traceability matrix and checklist documentation.
  • Performing functional and non-functional testing.
  • Creating defect tickets and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Supporting team onboarding and providing QA estimations.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency (C1).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows or MacOS software.
