DEPT® is seeking an Account Director to foster strong client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with client-facing teams to develop strategies and pitches, utilizing their sales experience to build connections with potential clients and partners.

This role involves strategic client development, KPI-driven project planning, and serving as a communicative link between clients and cross-functional teams. The Account Director will focus on the profitability of budgets, possess broader digital marketing knowledge, and have excellent communication skills.

Role Involves

  • Developing go-to-market strategies and new service propositions
  • Convincing clients to work with DEPT®
  • Driving strategic client development and influencing company growth
  • Managing complex digital client projects and journeys
  • Serving as a communicative interface between clients and internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a consultative selling role with a focus on digital marketing
  • Passion for digital marketing and ability to advise clients
  • Broader digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEA, Social, Display, Content Marketing, Data etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to persuade
  • Experience working on pitches
  • Ambitious, results-oriented, and organized
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
