Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. This role is based in Bogota. The Senior QA Specialist will report to a QA Lead and collaborate with various team members to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the account. They will bring analytical thinking and support to the team, and lead on many QA tasks.Role involves:
  • Performing QA tasks with minimal guidance
  • Planning and directing projects or major phases of projects
  • Analyzing requirements and design specifications
  • Attending and leading meetings
  • Promoting QA values
  • Communicating test results and risks
  • Creating and maintaining test plans and test cases
  • Developing test design documents
  • Creating defect tickets and track issues to resolution
  • Overseeing and coordinating work to other QA Associates
Requirements:
  • English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Expertise in reviewing HTML and inline CSS code
  • Experience working with local and offshore teams
  • Experience in task management and defect tracking tools like Jira
  • Proficiency in key hardware and software
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
