DEPT®, a technology and marketing services company, is seeking a Senior Creative Copywriter to join their Personalised Creative team. This team specializes in hyper-personalized, digital communications for clients like eBay, Ancestry, and Canon. The Senior Creative Copywriter will be responsible for writing, editing, and approving marketing and content copy, primarily for eBay, while also supporting other copywriters. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creativity, writing, and brand storytelling, along with the ability to maintain brand voice, push new ideas, and embody DEPT’s values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Edit, shape, and influence copy
  • Mentor copywriters
  • Create original copy and content
  • Develop creative concepts
  • Adhere to brand guidelines
  • Establish efficient processes
  • Proof internal messaging
  • Research trends
  • Facilitate brainstorms

Requirements include:

  • Experience as a copywriter
  • Experience editing content
  • E-commerce/retail experience a plus
  • Knowledge of digital copy and brand development
  • Understanding of social media trends
  • Ability to deliver compelling copy
  • Confidence in collaborating with other departments
  • Ability to work at a fast pace on large campaigns
  • Understanding of consistency across touchpoints
