VP Product

FOLX Health is seeking a VP of Product to lead its Product and UX Design teams. The VP of Product will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class member experience, developing and executing the company vision, strategy, and roadmap, providing management and support to product and design team leads, and partnering with the COO and other stakeholders to manage prioritization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive strategic roadmapping experience, 7+ years of experience leading and scaling product teams (preferably in healthcare), and 10+ years of experience in product management. They should also have experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology, a passion for LGBTQ+ healthcare, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

What the Role Involves:

• Leading the FOLX Product and UX Design teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive strategic roadmapping experience.
• 7+ years leading and scaling product teams (healthcare preferred).
• 10+ years experience in product management.
• Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology.
• Passion for LGBTQ+ healthcare.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
