DEPT® is seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Lead to join its Experience & Engineering team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, aligning projects with client goals. Role Involves:

  • Analyzing complex requirements and designing solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce.
  • Guiding customers in their digital ambitions and leading development teams.
  • Creating and implementing project implementation plans.
  • Ensuring solutions are scalable and performant.
  • Preparing and hosting technical workshops.
  • Creating technical sales pitches and training organizations.
  • Providing technical ownership across key projects and clients.
  • Developing strategic plans to expand the Salesforce B2B Commerce practice.

Requirements:

  • Solid engineering work experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B (SFCC B2B).
  • Experience with Salesforce Core technologies (Apex, Flows, LWC).
  • Familiarity with B2B, B2C, B2B2C, D2C, and Omni channel Commerce environments.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Understanding of ETL principles and integrations using Cloud or iPaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with systems like PIM, DAM, OMS, CRM, and CMS.
  • Knowledge of security, performance, and privacy considerations.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Located in Denmark or the Netherlands.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years focused on SFCC B2B implementations.
