Job Description

Grammarly is seeking a Director of Pricing and Packaging to join their Product Marketing Leadership team. This role will develop and execute monetization strategies for new and existing offerings. The Director will work across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, and Ops to develop holistic pricing & packaging strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Trend Analysis & Interpretation
  • Process Development to create a company-wide approach to pricing and packaging
  • Growth Acceleration through innovative product monetization strategies
  • Pricing and Packaging Optimization using analytics to improve offerings
  • Pricing Governance Leadership in the Pricing and Packaging Committee
  • Collaborative Engagement with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • 5+ years specifically in Pricing & Packaging or a related area.
  • Experience in leading customer research initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of pricing frameworks.
  • Analytical expertise in synthesizing large datasets.
