DEPT is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for eBay's Inhouse team to drive product marketing and go-to-market strategy for eBay’s financial services programs. The role involves partnering cross-functionally with various teams within eBay. The ideal candidate will develop product marketing strategies, including research synthesis, product-market fit, value propositions, messaging/positioning, and go-to-market plans. Fluency in English and German is required.

Role involves:

  • Developing product value proposition narrative and go-to-market strategy for seller capital.
  • Influencing product roadmaps by synthesizing market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Creating customer feedback loops to refine product narrative and value proposition.
  • Managing go-to-market strategy and planning for product launches.
  • Tracking customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Identifying internal product market fit tracking metrics and synthesizing customer feedback.
  • Defining key metrics for success and tracking progress against goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Strong track record of developing product and go-to-market strategies at financial services companies or in payments within e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and execute projects with excellence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with customer research techniques.
  • Fluency in English and German.
