DEPT® is seeking a Programmatic Lead to drive the direction of their programmatic team in the Netherlands. The Programmatic Lead role involves developing and delivering programmatic buying services to the company's clients, holding commercial responsibility for the team's growth, and setting ambitious targets. He or she will collaborate with international offices, seek new opportunities, and translate results into actionable insights.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and delivering programmatic buying services
  • Leading and developing programmatic ways of working
  • Collaborating with international DEPT® offices
  • Devising strategies and managing campaigns
  • Translating results into insights and plans

Requirements:

  • Extensive programmatic experience (Google Ads, DSPs, GMP and Analytics)
  • Experience guiding others
  • Experience with Dutch and/or Nordic publisher landscape
  • Analytical and flexible
  • Experience creating strategic proposals and campaign plans
  • Willingness to engage in commercial and pitch activity
