DEPT® is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to enhance operational excellence within the account. This role involves ensuring financial and process management, improving profitability, and fostering team alignment.Role involves:
  • Executing operational roadmaps to enhance efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating account profitability reports
  • Overseeing time tracking, managing transitions, and educating teams
  • Acting as the primary contact for operational inquiries
  • Liaising between the account team and the finance department
  • Managing external communications related to operations and finance
  • Overseeing and optimizing media budget management
  • Managing and mentoring Jr. PMOs
Requirements:
  • Experience in operations and financial management
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial reporting, time tracking systems, and process optimization
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proactive leadership skills
