Dept is seeking a Business Analyst, Salesforce Specialist. The candidate will drive BA responsibilities on projects, gather and document requirements from clients, and handle technical requirements to build out Salesforce solutions. The candidate will configure solutions to support developers. The company is looking for someone with multiple administrator certifications, and is familiar with Salesforce capabilities and able to deliver results.

The role involves:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation.
  • Providing guidance and support to development teams.
  • Supporting quality assurance testing.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing and providing training to end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-5 years of Salesforce Platform experience
  • Hands-on keyboard experience, focused on declarative programming of processes
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
  • Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative programming tools and process automation
  • Experience with configuration and data migration tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluent oral English is required
  • Ability to understand business and functional requirements and configure out-of-box solutions declaratively
  • Good understanding of tradeoffs between declarative programming and custom APEX
  • Good understanding of Process Automation, Business process logic, and ability to design using documentation tools
