Grammarly, the world’s leading AI writing assistance company, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their Social Media Customer Care team in Warsaw. This role offers a dynamic hybrid working model, balancing focus time with in-person collaboration.

The Customer Care Specialist will be the voice of Grammarly on social media, crafting on-brand messages and using creative engagement tactics to enhance user experience. They will collaborate with various teams, especially Marketing, and gain hands-on experience in cross-functional teamwork.

Role Involves:

  • Provide quick, high-quality responses across social channels.
  • Enhance user interactions by incorporating surprise-and-delight marketing.
  • Manage and organize social media requests, sorting, tagging, and escalating as needed.
  • Monitor social sentiment, identifying trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate on various tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Experience assisting others.
  • Social-media-savvy with a desire to help people across multiple platforms.
  • Empathetic, active listener with a solid understanding of tone matching.
  • Prior experience working with various software (macOS, MS Office, Slack, etc.).
  • Experience with any ticketing system is a plus.
