Localcoin, a leading Bitcoin ATM provider, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Sydney, Australia. This role will focus on expanding business relationships with existing franchise and independent business partners. The Account Manager will work in a hybrid work from home model and report to the National Sales Manager (APAC).

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and managing retail partner relationships
  • Educating clients on Localcoin products and services
  • Providing high-quality support to resolve partner concerns
  • Managing inquiries related to contracts
  • Collaborating with operations, sales, and finance teams
  • Traveling to client sites for meetings, audits, and contract renewals
  • Managing the contract renewal process
  • Staying updated on client trends and information
  • Achieving monthly targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B account management experience
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Customer-centric with a passion for providing positive experiences
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth culture
  • Proven record of achieving targets
  • Interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
