LivePerson is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test II to ensure high-quality automation standards for its UI group. The SDET II will design and implement automation systems, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. They will work closely with development teams to integrate automation processes and advocate for best practices.
    Role Involves:
  • Designing and implementing automation systems for software applications
  • Developing and maintaining advanced automation frameworks
  • Creating and managing detailed automation strategies and scripts
  • Automating processes across multiple platforms
  • Integrating automation processes into the development lifecycle
  • Diagnosing issues and refining automation systems
  • Developing expertise in CI/CD systems
  • Staying updated with emerging automation tools and best practices
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in QA automation engineering
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks
  • Strong programming skills
  • Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools
  • Experience in developing and executing automation scripts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with Dockers
  • In-depth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
