Job Description
Grammarly is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their engineering team in Kyiv. Grammarly is the world’s leading AI writing assistance company trusted by over 40 million people and 50,000 organizations. This role offers a dynamic hybrid working model, balancing focus time with in-person collaboration.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for shipping user-focused interfaces, collaborating with Product and Design teams, and contributing to the technical culture of the company. They will also harness engagement metrics to identify and build new impactful features, working on technically challenging projects to deliver impactful apps on popular browsers.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping production-grade code to over 30 million daily active users.
- Growing and maintaining the team’s technical excellence.
- Contributing to the technical culture of the company.

- Working on technically challenging projects to deliver impactful apps on popular browsers.
- Using React and TypeScript while building refined user interfaces.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver product offerings.
Requirements:
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (and/or TypeScript, Node.js), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS, AngularJS, or similar UI frameworks.
- Readiness to tackle infrastructure challenges when needed.
- Knowledge of modern web client development and testing tools.
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of continuous integration and delivery methods.
