LivePerson is seeking a Senior Conversation Designer to join its team. This role involves designing conversational experiences, working with enterprise brands, and contributing to the team's design system.

Role Involves:

  • Designing conversational experiences using user-centric design.
  • Working with enterprise brands.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on other designer’s work.
  • Leading workshops and conduct user research.
  • Creating bot design documents.
  • Creating and iterating on prompts and prompt architecture
  • Writing copy suitable for automated conversations.
  • Collaborating with project managers, optimization managers, bot developers, and bot design analysts.

Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in bot strategy, conversation design and optimization.
  • 3-5+ total years of related experience.
  • 2+ years in Conversation Design, or 3+ years in a UX service design or UX writing related role.
  • Prior hands-on experience with Generative AI required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Prompt design best practices and working with LLMs.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding technologies and platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversational channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
