LivePerson, a global leader in enterprise conversations, is seeking a Senior Service Desk Specialist (III) to join their Global Technology team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment on projects that enhance customer engagement through messaging. The ideal candidate will be based in Poland and authorized to work there.

As a Level 3 specialist, the candidate will focus on problem-solving and serve as a subject matter expert on Intune, assisting with the administration of the Intune environment. They will consult on automation and self-service solutions for the entire LivePerson organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for technical support issues.
  • Providing weekly status reports for major projects.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of new office spaces.
  • Acting as an escalation point for junior IT Specialists, offering coaching and education.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and working with the internal development team to implement new solutions.

Requirements include:

  • 6+ years of IT Specialist experience/systems administration.
  • Robust knowledge or certifications in Google Admin, OKTA, JAMF Pro, JAMF Radar, AWS Workspace, and Intune.
  • Deep understanding and demonstrable knowledge of Intune administration.
  • Good understanding and experience with Enterprise Security Protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with Windows and Mac ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of networking.
  • Ability to be self-sufficient when it comes to troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to run highly complicated projects to successful completion.
  • Willingness to participate in paid on-call duty approximately every 6-8 weeks.
