LivePerson is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom solutions to ease internal processes and finding opportunities for automation. This role involves working in multiple ServiceNow instances and ensuring synchronization with integrated systems like Confluence, Jira, Slack, Workato, and Salesforce.He/She will play a crucial role in driving business solutions from inception to implementation, identifying novel solutions to technical problems, and translating functional specifications into technical designs.Responsibilities:
  • Configuring core and custom solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Creating documentation, high-level designs, and solution designs.
  • Driving business solutions from inception through implementation.
  • Identifying novel solutions to technical problems.
  • Translating functional specifications into technical designs.
  • Delivering automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Serving as the focal point for advanced scripting questions.
  • Owning 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Supporting the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
  • Maintaining ServiceNow modules based on CMDB structure.
  • Writing technical documentation.
  • Enhancing SLAs for ticketing support.
  • Maintaining ServiceNow instances and assisting with upgrades.
  • Maintaining Jira, Confluence, and Slack instances.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in coding on Java, Json, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, XML.
  • 1+ years ServiceNow Developer with implementation certifications.
  • 1+ years ServiceNow Administrator experience.
  • Experience in developing integrations with ServiceNow using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST API / Webhook / SOAP.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM components.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
  • Basic knowledge of CMDB structure.
  • Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database administration.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Predictive Intelligence and Virtual Agent configuration.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
