Engineer, Go&Grow at Bondora

Bondora, a rapidly growing financial technology company with a mission to empower people, is seeking an Engineer to join their Go&Grow team. The Engineer will be instrumental in developing and enhancing Bondora's investor products, contributing to the company's growth and setting it apart from competitors.

This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to be located in Estonia. Bondora is unable to offer relocation or remote work for this position.

The role involves:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
• Continuously improving tools, infrastructure, and technology
• Participating in cross-functional team activities
• Ensuring the reliability of test and production environments
• Developing efficient technical solutions and creating documentation

Requirements:

• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in strongly typed languages (C#, Java, TypeScript, or similar)
• Experience with FE, preferably with React
• Responsibility and willingness to take ownership
• Proactive and forward-looking attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Full-stack experience
