Bondora is seeking an Engineering Manager to enhance the performance, scalability, and quality of its engineering team while stabilizing and advancing the Loan Originations platform. Bondora has served over 1 million customers since 2008 and is expanding its loan product footprint.

The Engineering Manager's leadership will be crucial in guiding and mentoring the team towards higher standards of qualification and development. They will implement efficient methodologies and processes to ensure the quality and standardization of work across the engineering organization, driving operational efficiency and key performance metrics. The role involves clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment.

This role is located in Bondora's Tallinn office.
