Full Stack Engineer, Marketing at Bondora

Bondora is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will be located in Estonia and will work on-site. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer acquisition by optimizing landing pages and conversion rates. The engineer will blend technical skills with business growth, using data-driven experimentation to drive revenue growth.

Role Involves:
• Optimizing landing pages and top-funnel conversion rates

Requirements:
• Experience in strongly typed languages (C#, Java, TypeScript)
• Experience with FE, preferably with React
• Full-stack experience
• Problem-solving and adaptability
• Excellent communication in English
