Recovery Manager, Denmark at Bondora

Bondora, a rapidly growing financial technology company, is seeking a Recovery Manager to lead and transform its debt recovery operations in the Denmark market. The Recovery Manager will play a crucial role in driving recovery strategies, managing the default portfolio, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and driving the debt recovery process in Denmark
• Managing the default portfolio
• Leading and implementing strategies to optimize recovery rates
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners
• Staying updated on market trends and legal requirements
• Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years in debt recovery within the Danish market
• In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in optimizing recovery workflows and managing NPL portfolios
• Strong negotiation skills and an established network with DCAs, bailiffs, and other stakeholders
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution
• Strong analytical skills
