Recovery Manager, Finland at Bondora

Bondora is seeking a Recovery Manager to lead debt recovery operations in the Finnish market. The Recovery Manager will drive recovery strategies, manage the default portfolio, and ensure compliance with local regulations. • Establishing and driving the debt recovery process in Finland.
• Managing the default portfolio.
• Leading and implementing strategies to optimize recovery rates.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners.
• Staying updated on market trends and legal requirements in debt recovery.
• Monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in debt recovery within the Finnish market.
• In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws.
• Proven track record in optimizing recovery workflows.
• Strong negotiation skills and an established network with DCAs, bailiffs, and other stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recovery data.
