The Head of New Credit Products will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bondora's credit products.

• Delivering maximum business impact in the New Credit Products business area.
• Leading the team and stakeholders through ideation, discovery, and delivery cycles.
• Maintaining a well-groomed product roadmap and delivery backlog.
• Creating business models and manage new credit product budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Conducting comprehensive market monitoring and research.
• Ensuring all new products adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Championing a user-centric approach in product design.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for new products.
• Driving a high-performing new products team.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
