Grammarly is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Desktop Clients team. This role focuses on ensuring Grammarly's writing assistant integrates seamlessly across web and desktop native applications. The Group Product Manager will define client quality, performance, and compatibility, develop product roadmaps, and lead a team of PMs to deliver functionality across the company.

Role Involves:

  • Defining and expanding the understanding of client quality.
  • Devising metrics to measure product experience quality.
  • Being the guardian of user experience for desktop clients.
  • Developing the product roadmap and vision for Grammarly’s product native and web-based productions.
  • Using quality insights and data to influence roadmaps and drive improvements.
  • Presenting to engineering, product, and leadership on strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience working with Product Management.
  • 3+ years as a people manager of junior and senior PMs.
  • Background in web, extension, and browser development practices and technologies.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and influence product and engineering teams.
  • Embodies ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable values.
