Grammarly is seeking a Staff Growth Designer to join its Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing efficient growth systems and creating new experiences to boost user growth.

This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other experts. The candidate will also optimize the company's website and conduct user testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design growth systems.
  • Optimize the website for user acquisition.
  • Conduct user testing and integrate findings into design improvements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in shipping product designs that drive business growth.
  • Expertise in designing for web and mobile web experiences.
  • Storytelling skills to inspire support for design direction.
  • Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life.
  • Strong visual and graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of building productized web experiences.
  • Adaptability between zero-to-one projects and iterative work.
  • Passion for growth strategy, user psychology, and conversion goals.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Curiosity about user needs and business goals.
  • Passion for the AI and productivity industry.
  • Ability to balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs.
  • Growth mindset and drive to collaborate.
