Grammarly is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will work with the team responsible for building innovative user-facing product features, focusing on scaling the business and bringing AI-powered communication assistance to users' daily lives. This role involves driving programs related to the developer experience and accelerating velocity through tooling and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Leading Client programs across multiple teams at Grammarly, focused on creating a delightful user experience.
- Identifying opportunities, requirements, and risks; defining milestones and success criteria; and managing schedules.
- Exercising technical judgment in evaluating projects and potential solutions.
- Communicating and leading effectively with the team and leadership.
- Developing and maintaining scalable processes and assisting with resource allocation.
- Ensuring priorities are aligned across all relevant teams and removing roadblocks.
- Taking a holistic view across the organization to improve collaboration and reduce redundancy.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of professional experience as a TPM.
- Experience with client (web programming) or a passion for learning new technologies.
- Experience managing growth programs and driving user adoption and engagement.
- Technical expertise to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Strategic thinking ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Proactive in identifying issues, risks, and opportunities.
