Grafana Labs is seeking an Observability Architect to join their Customer Experience organization. This role focuses on guiding customers towards observability maturity, ensuring they achieve value and ROI from Grafana's products. The Observability Architect serves as the primary technical contact for customers, providing strategic consulting and acting as their advocate within Grafana Labs. This role involves working closely with Engagement Managers and Product Management teams to address customer needs and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact for Grafana customers.
  • Designing observability maturity journey.
  • Providing expert-level troubleshooting.
  • Conducting technical reviews and health checks.
  • Advising clients on best practices and strategies.
  • Driving adoption of new products and features.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, SE or Professional Services role within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of observability solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed. (up to 25%)
