Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand existing business across the Mid Atlantic. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers. The Account Executive will manage forecasts and track customer data, employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs before presenting product solutions. This position is fully remote and will cover Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland.Responsibilities:
- Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
- Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, and product demos.
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
- A consistent history of goal achievement in a competitive environment.
- Energetic, upbeat, and adaptable team player.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with open source technology.
- Excellent communication skills.
