Job Description

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales within the Federal Civilian segment. The ideal candidate will sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion and compress decision cycles. The role involves understanding the product in depth and communicating its value to Public Sector clients, seeking new accounts, and expanding current footprints.

The role involves:

  • Managing complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives.
  • Closing net new logos and expand existing accounts.
  • Identifying and closing quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Tracking all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Using a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers.
  • Understanding, promoting, and conveying the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Ensuring 100% satisfaction among all customers.
  • Prioritizing opportunities and apply appropriate resources.
  • Building a plan for success internally at Grafana and externally with your accounts.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity selling open source technology is a plus
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
