Grafana Labs is seeking a Major Account Executive, Acquisition, to focus on prospecting and closing new business in the West region. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and articulate the value of Grafana's products. This role involves managing forecasts, tracking customer data, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team.
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Prospect new customers
- Manage the sales process from start to finish
- Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Handle quote creation and customer requests
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
- Energetic, adaptable, and a team player
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with open source technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
