Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Major Account Executive, Acquisition, to focus on prospecting and closing new business in the West region. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and articulate the value of Grafana's products. This role involves managing forecasts, tracking customer data, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Prospect new customers
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Handle quote creation and customer requests
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • Consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
  • Energetic, adaptable, and a team player
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
