Grafana Labs is seeking a Majors Account Executive to focus on acquisition in the ANZ region. This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with new and existing customers. The Majors Account Executive will manage forecasts and track customer data, employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs. The role involves articulating the value of Grafana's products, working with customers during trial phases, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the growth team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process.
  • Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Managing sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Handling quote creation, order processing and customer requests.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement.
  • Being energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and a team player.
  • Adaptability and experience in high velocity technology companies.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
