Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Growth for Sweden. This role involves leading a team of Growth Account Executives and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for retaining and attracting new talent and building a strong customer base. Grafana Labs is looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and mentoring a sales team
  • Developing a pipeline to over-achieve revenue targets
  • Directing sales activities by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • Building and maintaining an annual sales plan
  • Meeting with prospects and strategizing with sales representatives
  • Helping the team prepare for QBRs and HBRs
  • Developing long-term, strategic relationships with key contacts
  • Strategically partnering with various internal teams

Requirements:

  • Located in Sweden
  • Minimum 3 years of leading successful sales teams
  • Minimum 8 years of direct sales experience
  • Background in technical applications, OSS familiarity is a plus
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles (2-6 months)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience building relationships with C-Level executives
  • Consistent track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals
  • MEDDPICC expertise
  • Experience working with ROI and cost modeling
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Dedication to integrity and professionalism
