Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to focus on acquiring new business in the Nordics region. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales approach to identify, nurture, and close opportunities with new and existing customers. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to negotiations, while providing expertise and a strong understanding of Grafana Labs' products.

Responsibilities involve:

  • Outbound prospecting into net-new customers
  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales goals
  • Managing the entire sales process
  • Cultivating sales through prospecting and inbound leads
  • Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Handling quote creation and customer requests

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • Consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
  • An energetic and adaptable team player
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Excellent communication skills
