Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Strategic Channel Manager for the East Coast region of the United States. This role is fully remote and involves developing and executing the partner go-to-market strategy. The Channel Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to align efforts and drive revenue through Grafana's Regional and Boutique Systems Integrators and Value-Added Reseller partners.Responsibilities include owning partner opportunity identification, leading the development of regional partners, developing partner capabilities, establishing executive relationships, and managing pipeline and revenue commitments. The role also involves providing input on message alignment and evangelizing the partner strategy.
  • Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration activities
  • Lead the identification, activation and development efforts for regional partners
  • Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
  • Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
  • Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
  • Work across Grafana Labs to provide input on message alignment, operational coordination, and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
Requirements include 10+ years of experience in channel sales, experience selling SaaS and/or open source technology, a history of goal achievement, and experience in a consultative sales approach.

  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high growth startups
  • Experience in consultative sales approach
