Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Benelux region, based in the Netherlands. This remote role involves serving as a customer-facing product expert, enabling Grafana Labs' growth by educating potential and existing customers. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and provide technical expertise through demos, presentations, and ongoing interaction. They will also act as a bridge between customers, the Sales team, and Grafana Labs' Product Management and Engineering teams, translating customer requirements into solutions using Grafana Labs technology.

Role Involves:
  • Partnering with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition.
  • Owning technical engagements with customers.
  • Delivering product and technical presentations.
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback.
  • Driving product conversations based on customer needs.
  • Enhancing documentation and creating enablement material.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate value proposition and technical advantages.
  • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
  • Must be located in the Netherlands.
