Senior Solutions Engineer, DACH (Remote, Germany)

Job Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for the DACH region. This remote role based in Germany involves being a customer-facing product expert, enabling the company's growth by educating potential and existing customers. The Solutions Engineer shares technical and product expertise through demos, presentations, and technical evaluations, partnering with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition.
• Own technical engagement with customers and close complex opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams for product feedback.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs.
• Enhance documentation and create enablement material.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
• Located in Germany.
• Strong speaking and writing level in German.
• Willingness to travel in the region for 30% of the time.
